Lavina, TN – Replace Windows for Bldg I-2, VTS Lavina
Job Description: This project was in a historically significant, 70-year-old building, so it was imperative to maintain the historic look and accuracy of the building. Project included providing and installing replacement windows in Building I-2 at Volunteer Training Site Lavina. 38 windows ground floor, 1- ground floor over Door in CSMS, Basement- 8 windows replaced with glass block with an air vent in the center, 21 windows 2nd floor.

Milan, TN – Geothermal Installation:
Job Description: 12- 300ft geothermal bore holes, 300ft 4in bore hole, 610ft of 1in polyethylene pipe, Up to 500lbs of grout mixed at 20% solids, Certified Pressure Test after installation

Nashville, TN – Base-wide Utility – Upgraded HVAC system:
Job Description: Install utility monitoring devices to all listed buildings. Provide and install electric meters. Tie meters into DDC controls. Write software to integrate meters into DDC system. Meters need to monitor and send the following data: KW, KWH, Volts all phases, Amps all phases, PF. Data needs to be stored at the local level if communication to central is interrupted for 45 days. Data at the central head end needs to be programmed to be able to record each piece of data hourly, daily, monthly, yearly, at intervals of 15 minutes. Installation to meet ANG ETL 01-1-1 requirements. Installation to meet NEC requirements. Meter is to be Digital/solid state. Accuracy 0.5%. Readout should include Total Harmonic Distortion. Local read out at the meter.

Nashville, TN – Construct Day Gate in Base Supply Weapons Vault Bldg 720:
Job Description: Removal of three folding day gates, a solid double door. Installation of three new folding day gates, one pass through security day gate, a solid metal double door with panic hardware and personnel notification system. Gates shall be galvanized with heavy-duty steel U-channel webbing , riveted back to back with aircraft quality rivets with heavy duty 1-1/2″ x1-1/2″ vertical member angles, solid steel casters and constructed of strong 3/4″ steel channel. Gate shall have baked architectural brown finish for a longer life. Zinc-plated rivets to prevent corrosion. Complete with smooth rolling wheels and padlock lug. Double gates shall have a cane bolt that holds left half in position, or both halves may be opened for full access. Gates shall fold completely and swing a full 180 degrees for an unobstructed clear opening . Provide exterior solid steel door and frame to replace existing, complying with ANSI A250.8
